We pull your legacy software into one place and get it speaking the same language, with AI embedded. Nothing ripped out. The tools you already run, finally working together.
We build software that sits on top of the systems you already run.
Tells the system what they need, then signs off the work.
The multi-agent platform
Our software. Many agents, embedded and trained per task. Expandable as you grow.
Nothing ripped out. Functionality preserved.
Every business runs differently. Every fit is bespoke. But the shape of the engagement is the same.
A free fit meeting. You tell us what's slow, clunky, or tedious. We listen for the 'there must be a better way' moments and pull them out into the open.
We shadow your workforce. Less an interview, more an observation. We see how the work actually flows, not how the org chart says it does.
We build the software. It sits on top of the systems you already run, preserves what they do, and puts agents to work inside them. Fitted to your people, with a human signing off the work.
IntegrateAI Works was founded by people who are not technical by trade. We came to these tools as users first, amazed by what they unlocked, and stayed because we couldn’t stop building with them.
Our founder read Philosophy and Theology at Oxford. A degree that teaches you how to think, not how to ship software. Then AI arrived and the gap closed. What used to take a computer science degree now takes taste, judgement, and a willingness to tinker.
“I first became obsessed with AI when I built a predictive model to help me win my fantasy football league. From there I’ve stayed amazed by what these tools unlock when they’re used and deployed properly.”
Since then we’ve become a little obsessed with how AI functions as a second brain. How it absorbs the repetitive, the boring, the admin, so that the interesting parts of a job stay interesting. That’s the bit we’re in this for.
We work with businesses whose people are busy doing their actual jobs and don’t have the time to learn how to deploy multi-agent systems. So we do it for them, and build the software that puts those agents to work inside the tools they already run.
“Management consultants tell you what you should do. We actually do things.”
Three things that shape how we work with you, and what we won’t do for a fee.
Native. We use these tools every day, for real work, not demos. Our own workflows run on AI. Everything we recommend, we’ve already lived with.
Fluent. We know which model wins on which task, and we benchmark against our own criteria. When a better one ships on a Wednesday, we’ve tested it by Friday.
Honest. If AI isn’t the right answer, we say so. If a free tool beats the one with a subscription, we tell you. No lock-in and no retainer.
Where we’ve been useful, what we’re working on now, and the small developments worth mentioning.

Henry called us in with a clear sense of what AI could do for his business, but without the expertise to make it happen. His team were turning complex wedding planning transcripts into polished function sheets by hand, inside Event Temple, the venue software they run day to day. This was our proof of concept for the model: we built a web app that sits on top of Event Temple and does the job inside it, so nothing about the team's workflow had to change. Now they upload a transcript and a drafted function sheet comes back in the software where they expect it, at around ninety percent accuracy with a quick human review before anything goes out. What used to be about an hour and a half of careful copying each time is now a few minutes of checking.

James came to us with a clear picture of what AI could do and a clear problem: he simply didn't have the time to build it himself. We built him a bespoke piece of software that pulls the five separate tools he was juggling into one place. It scans for hyper-localised corporate leads near each of his seven wine bar locations and two restaurants, finds the decision-makers who book private events, and drafts trained, personalised outreach for each one. All James has to do is sign off the campaigns in one place. In a notoriously difficult hospitality market, the process is live and expected to save him hours each day while opening up meaningful new revenue.

IntegrateAI Works has applied and been accepted into the Claude Partner Network. Official partner status is pending as we continue to grow.
We recently met with Neologik, a Microsoft Solutions Partner specialising in the Microsoft Azure platform, and we have some exciting developments coming soon.
“I highly recommend IntegrateAI Works if you’re looking to understand more about how AI can reduce your workloads.”

It’s the first thing we design around, and we take it as seriously as you do. Your data stays in the UK and is handled under the proper agreements. We only ever give a system access to the specific things it needs for the job in hand, and a person stays in control of anything sensitive. You’ll always know where your data sits and what touches it, without needing a technical briefing to understand it.
Real ones, and we’re upfront about them. We keep a human in the loop on anything that matters, so the system drafts the work and a person signs it off before it goes anywhere. We scope each agent narrowly, so it can only reach the tools and data it needs for its task and nothing further. You get a clear view of what a given setup can and cannot do, in writing.
The first consultation is free. After that, pricing is tied to the value we add rather than hours logged. No retainers, no long contracts. If we can’t see a return, we’ll tell you and we won’t charge.
A fit meeting is thirty minutes. Shadowing your team runs two to five days depending on size. After that we build: a small piece of software can ship inside a week, and larger builds take longer, which we scope up front.
We start from the software you already run, and connect to it the cleanest way it allows: a ready-made connector, an official API, or a data export where that’s all there is. We only reach for more bespoke methods when a system leaves us no choice, and we tell you when that’s the case. The goal is always to sit on top of what you have, not to make you rip anything out.
We’re model-agnostic, so we pick the model that wins on your task, not the one with the loudest marketing. We benchmark against our own criteria and keep testing as new ones ship, so when a better model lands on a Wednesday we’ve tried it by Friday. Sometimes that’s a frontier model, sometimes a smaller and cheaper one is the right call. We’ll tell you which and why.
We’ll be honest: sometimes, for some tasks, yes. Most of the time, no. Every job is a stack of tasks, and the repetitive, boring, admin-heavy ones are what our software takes on. That usually makes a team more effective rather than smaller. We won’t pretend it never changes a role, but we also won’t sell you AI as cover for cuts that are really about something else. We’d rather tell you the truth than a comfortable story.
